Transitional squad builds aerobic fitness, skills and technique in all strokes for junior competitive swimming. This squad is designed for swimmers 10 years and over who intend to compete at a Regional level. The focus is to maintain lifelong skills in the water while enhancing all strokes, fitness, discipline and teamwork.
- Recommended attendance 3-5 sessions per week.
- Required Equipment: Kickboard, Pull buoy.
Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning 5:15am–7:00am
Saturday morning 5:45am–7:30pm
Monday to Friday afternoons 3:30pm–5:00pm
