Transitional squad builds aerobic fitness, skills and technique in all strokes for junior competitive swimming. This squad is designed for swimmers 10 years and over who intend to compete at a Regional level. The focus is to maintain lifelong skills in the water while enhancing all strokes, fitness, discipline and teamwork.
- Recommended attendance 3-5 sessions per week.
- Required Equipment: Kickboard, Pull buoy.

Monday- Friday afternoons: 5:30pm-5:00pm
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday mornings: 5:30am-7:00am

Saturday morning 6:30am–8:00am
- Invoiced per quarter- $465
- As part of the program additional dry land and gym sessions may take place (as determined by the Head Coach) for children over 12 years of age and who are members of the TAS Swimming Club
